How Does It Work?

• We consign women’s GENTLY used & NEW WITH TAG clothing, shoes, belts, purses & jewelry.

• Consignments are accepted daily during business hours with no appointment necessary.

• Each Item will be carefully examined making sure it is of excellent quality without flaws or stains and ready to be placed on the floor for sale.

• Bring items in neatly organized baskets, reusable bags or boxes, clean, folded or on hangers. (Garbage bags not accepted)

• 25 Items per visit to include clothing, shoes purses and accessories

• Items need to be in ‘ready to sell’ condition- clean, no pet hair, free of perfumes, free of household odors, smoke etc. No holes, pulls, pilling or deodorant residue

• 60/40 split: You are paid 40% of the final selling price after the item sells. 

• Consignor payouts are issued on the 1st of every month for items that were sold during the previous month. 

• Consignor account balances under $35 can be used as store credit to shop at any time. 

• We set all the prices taking into consideration: Brand, Condition, Appeal, and Demand.

• We display your items for 60 days: If they do not sell, they become store property and will be donated unless you schedule a pick up date prior to their expiration.

• You will receive an online login account to check the status of items and account.

• Items may sell at a discounted price. Pricing and markdowns are determined by Southern Serendipity.
